Cedric Diggory and Cedric the Entertainer might help bring it back. I think there's also a current Green Bay Packer named Cedric. It does feel more British than American to me, though.

Since it has -ric in it, Ricky and Rico are possible, but I'd probably stick to Ced or Ric.
