Willemina Ruby sounds very good. Most of the other ones make the combo sound suitable for an older woman only.
Willemina / Wilhelmina is a bit of an old lady name to me, and when I hear them (mainly Wilhelmina) used these days, it's usually as a MN. Willemina does look a bit younger then Wilhelmina. If you'd use Willemina over here I'd take into account that your daughter will have to define there's no H in there a lot...
