I think that's an excellent sibset that you have proposed! I like the middle names too, and would add one suggestion - Jude Ryan.

Here are my votes for first + middle names:

DS: John William
DD: Olivia Grace
DS: Jude Ryan
DS: Luke Aidan
DD: Mary Isabella
DS/DD: Nicholas James / Elisabeth Julia

I would have chosen:

DS: John William
DD: Olivia Kate
DS: Jude Ryan
DS: Luke Aidan
DD: Mary Scarlett (I like Mary Isabella, but since Elisabeth & Isabella are related names...I'm kind of back and forth. It doesn't bother me too much since once is a FN and the other a MN + the combo is pretty. Thoughts?)
DS/DD: Nicholas James / Elisabeth Julia

I do think that the set you suggested works, though. Any last opinions? :)
