I really like Nika! It's actually one of very few girl names I can say that I really like. I didn't know it was so popular in Croatia. I started liking it after someone posted about it here (maybe it was you?).
Nikolina is sweet but nms. I also like Nella but much prefer Nell or Nelle. Nicole seems dated to me. I don't expect newborns to be named Nicole.
I like Noah but there are other No- names I like more (Noam, Noel, Noak/Noach).
