Your new baby’s first name starts with the same letter as Oscar’s (it should be from the namebank). The MN should also be from the namebank.
Umm, the only male name options beginning with O are Octavius, Ottavio and Obadiah, and they already have Octavia in the same sibset.
Oscar loved his daughter Octavia's name so much that he wanted to use male version of the same name for his son! The baby goes by Max though because it would be too confusing to have Octavia and Octavius in the same sibset.
