These are my Top 10 full combos for each gender (in some cases, with a nickname at the end). These are all names I would consider using in the real world:
Cameron Elliott, "Cam"
Dominic Edmond
Finn Alistair
Francis* Dimitri, "Frankie"
John Timothy*, "Johnny"
Malcolm Terrance*, "Mal"
Matthew Lawrence, "Matt"
Nicholas Tyler, "Nick"
Richard* Geoffrey, "Rick"
Wesley Alden, "Wes"
Abigail* Constance, "Abby"
Cordelia Wren (anybody have a nn idea that *isn't* "Cordy?")
Eleanor Yvette
Juliet Eliza
Lydia Charlotte
Meadow Evangeline
Penelope Rose*, "Penny Rose"
Sabrina Vivienne
Ursula Maeve
Zoe Winnifred
* Both Francis and Frank have been used on my dad's side of the family.
Timothy honors my dad.
Terrance honors my mom, Terri.
Richard is a common name on my dad's side.
Abigail honors my paternal grandma, Gail.
Rose is a common on both sides of my family, as either a first or middle name. It's my own middle name.

Cora
I'd thought about Cora, and whether that would sound like a natural go-to nickname (only because Cordelia is a long name to use every day). I'd thought about Delia as well, but I think I like Cora better.
