It's lovely. Beautiful and botanical and romantic. Much more appealing than Selena/Celine. "Balmy sway" is a fantastic way to describe it.
Celandine is such a delicate, elegant name that it needs a MN with some grounding. I like:
Celandine Martha
Celandine Octavia
Celandine Agnes
Celandine Blythe
