I wouldn't say that it's hard to pronounce. As in, if someone said it to me, I could repeat it back. But it might be hard to figure out pronunciation from seeing it written down. If I hadn't been on this website for years, I wouldn't know how to pronounce it.

I don't like the sound of it, because I don't like the "AYD" ending. It reminds my of so so many names with that sound.

I also don't like Sinead in an English-speaking country, because I think it would get annoying to correct people all the time.
