Help[Opinions] Patricine
I've been thinking about Patricine today, inspired by St Patrick's Day probably. For a really long time I thought Patricine was a real name, the Frenchified feminine version of Patrice or Patrick. But further investigation made me question this, so I guess what I'm trying to ask is:
a) What do you think of it?
b) If you met a little Patricine, would you think it was a real name, like Fabienne or Ernestine or Ottoline? Or would you think "made-up"?
As always, combo and sibset suggestions appreciated as well.

I'd expect whoever holds the trade mark for Plasticine to be suing her parents for everything they had. I really don't think it sounds human at all.

It reminds me of "patricide" which is a bad thing. I like Patrick/Padraig but the female forms have never really appealed to me.

I would assume it was made up. It doesn't sound like a real name. I don't know if there is a French feminine form of Patrick but if there is I'd guess it's Patricie.

If I saw it somewhere I would assume it was a variation on Patrice. I'm not a huge fan, but then I'm not into –ine names in general.

The -cine ending makes it special in a bad way... it seems so added on. And that's why I see Patricine clearly as a "made-up". Also as a person who knows french very well it's just not a real name (like Fabienne, etc), it's a invented variant.
