Ha, my sister and I are Caroline and Elizabeth.
I like Caroline and love Elizabeth.
I prefer both without nicknames, honestly. If I had to choose, I'd say Caro or Calla for Caroline and Lizzie for Elizabeth. I love Eliza, but I kind of consider it its own name.
ETA: I'm also a fan of Betsy for Elizabeth. I really don't like Ellie as a nn. It seems forced and unnatural (which Betsy does too, but I think Ellie annoys me because it was such a fad a couple years ago and people tried to force Ellie out of everything)
