I think it is gorgeous but personally has been inextricably linked, at least for a short while, to the Jolie-Pitt clan. I tend to gravitate towards names with long I and -sh sounds, and I also like the fact that 2 long vowels are put together so nicely and softly. It seems very feminine to me because it is so soft, and the only Shiloh I ever met was a girl: I recall that she was annoyed about the Pitts' choice as she was in her 30s when Shiloh was born. But I think a boy could pull it off (it's reminiscent of Elijah, also a pretty name IMO).
