My mom does taxes and her client she is working on right now is named Hiram. It makes me really happy.

I like Hiram, though I prefer the "y" spelling.

I have an ancestor who was named Hiram. I can't say I have seen the name being used in this day and age. I'm not sure if I like the name or not. I do like the fact that it is an old name, but I am iffy about the sound.
