I love it, even as a first name.

I really like it as a middle name, actually. I know some people will find it too cutesy and others will point out that traditionally Valentine is a male name, but whatever. If you had a February baby or a Valentine's Day baby I think it would be cute. It's also appealing to me because sometimes I find Valentina to be too over the top.

I love it! Valentine is a big honoring name in my family, so it's a contender as a middle name for a future daughter.

I don't mind it, but I prefer Valentina or even Valerie.

I think it's very sweet. I tend to pronounce it val-en-TEEN when it's a girl's name, otherwise it seems more masculine to me.

As a middle name, Valentine is refreshing, but overall I prefer Valentina.

One of my nieces has had this on her name list since she was 12 (she's 18 now). I think it's a lovely name if its paired with the right first name.
