I prefer Lia. Mia seems overdone, and for some reason it sounds like the name of a spoiled kid with overly rich parents. The name itself seems so unassuming, it's just two tiny syllables and should sound cute. But I guess I just have bad associations with it... which is weird because I don't even know anyone named Mia.
