[Opinions] Twin names!
I'm expecting twins! They're a boy and a girl.
I want to call them Arthur and Jennifer (the modern equivalent of Guinevere). Do you think that's a good idea? Do you like the names together?
Thanks!

Congratulations
I love the name Arthur. Jennifer is a bit boring for me. They're ok separately but I don't really think they go that well together. It's a nice thought to name them after the characters but I don't think it quite works.

I don't think the names go together at all. I love Arthur, but Jennifer is very dated to the 70's and 80's.
It sounds mismatched to me, but then I was born in a sea of Jennifers, and the only Arthur I know is my great uncle. But, if you really want to name your kids after the fictional couple, at least you found a form of Guinevere that won't make it obvious that you chose them from the legends. What about other forms, like Ginevra, Geneva, or Geneve? (Since Ginevra is the Italian form of Geneva, I thought the other translations might work too.) Good luck with the twins.
