It sounds fine with those siblings and I ADORE Lachlan.

In a Heidi, Rhys, and Lachlan sibset, Heidi's a bit of an outlier, but her name wouldn't clash with her brothers', and that's more important than being matchy-matchy. I really like all three names, individually and together.

I'm really drawn to it too. We've had it in our top three boys names for two years now. I think it fits really really well with Rhys. It's not as natural with Heidi, but it's not awkward either.

I like it, and I think it sounds great with Rhys. Heidi is a different style, but it still works with Rhys and Lachlan. Sibling names don't have to be the exact same style to go together nicely. As long as they don't clash, and in this case they don't, it's nice to see some variety.

I know one, and it makes me cringe. Ewww. I just don't like that "lach". It makes me think of when you're coughing something up out of your lungs. Actually that's what people do at school to mess with him. Not pretty.

I think Lachlan would make a fine name. I think Lachlan sounds especially good with Heidi and Rhys.

It sounds wonderful with Heidi and Rhys! It's really popular here (NZ) and Australia, but I still really like it.
