[Opinions] Re: Griffin

I like Griffin a lot, it sounds handsome. My eleven year old neighbor is named Griffin. Of course Finn can be a nickname for Griffin but it doesn't seem obvious to me. If someone chooses the name Griffin it almost seems silly to bother with the nickname Finn; they seem like such different names. I prefer the nickname Grif actually.
But Finn is a nice name on it's own (or short for Finnegan or Finlay). I do think Griffin and Finn are too much as brothers.
