Don't know anything about it except it's male. I looked through the database and couldn't find anything close to it, except maybe Ari, but maybe I overlooked something.

Anyone know its meaning, origin, how to pronounce it?

Aryeh means "leo" in Hebrew. It is male, and I think Ari is a variation or something. Actually I knew the name Aryeh (several of my ancestors bore it) but not Ari...
The Hebrew pronounciation is ah-ree-ay.
