I'm not sure if this is the kind of thing you're looking for, but have you seen this?

It lists almost every name used in the United States since 1880.

No, I mean on this page. Sometimes the text says "rare" if you google a name, like for example Betony or Chalice. I would like to know if there is any way to search ONLY for the rare names.
