I think Christina is somewhat a modern classic. It's not dated, at least I do not think of it as dated. Actually, I think I would be pleasantly surprised if I met a baby Christina.
I know a Christina who goes by both Stina and Kiki and one of my sister's middle names is Kristina (after our paternal grandmother). I think both spellings are fine. I don't prefer one over the other. Crystal is not a name I like. Christine is nice but kind of dated.
Do you think it's weird to name your child Christina when you're not a christian?
No, it's not weird. Not at all. It's means Christian sure, but it's like saying you can't use Caleb on a human being because it's not a dog.
