I agree that it's too common for a first name, but it does sound sweet as a middle name. I prefer Olivia to Olive...I can't get into the name Olive. Maybe because I don't like olives so it doesn't seem like a pleasant association to me.
Willow Madeline Olivia is nice, but it seems like a bit of a mouthful to me. I would suggest Willow Olivia, but too many "l" sounds maybe? Madeline Olivia would sound nice, but now you've got a popular first name. Olivia Madeline is actually really pretty, even though I know you don't want Olivia as a first name.
Tough call, but I'd say stick with Willow Madeline Olivia if it's what you really like.
