Vijessna is a variation of Vesna/ Vjesna. It's not used in Croatia and from what I can see on the internet there aren't any other bearers besides the actress, so it seems likely her parents made up the variation.
Arissa isn't a Croatian name and I've never seen it before so can't help with that. Considering that the parents went creative with Vijessna, it's possible they adapted another name for Arissa (maybe Marissa?).
