[Opinions] Re: Beulah

Naw she was going on about how she liked that its meaning had to do with being between life and death / heaven and hell. And don't know where she got that information since all I knew was that it meant "married" but she seemd totally serious. I considered that I misheard her when she said the name but it definitely sounded like Beulah and couldn't think of any other names that sounded similar or fit the description. She was a roller derby girl so I wasn't all that surprised in that Beulah has this sort of "rock-a-billy" vibe that I sometimes get from roller girls, in general

The "between heaven and hell" thing is from The Pilgrim's Progress, I think. Beulah was a sort of magical, mystical land of peace described as being between heaven and hell.
Beulah Land, yes! I have a vague remembrance of hymns mentioning this.(I know a lot of hymns!)
Ah, ok that makes more sense now. Thanks for the info!
