I find Emily pleasant, if overused, and has an intriguing meaning. I've personally met more Emmas than Emilys. I like names that can be shortened to Milly, except for Mildred.

Also, I prefer the sound of Emily to Emilia and Amelia. Maybe it's because of the prominent "meal" sound in those two.
