Personally, I find it a bit boring and overused but it's not a bad name. It's harmless and I can see people finding it pretty and Victorian.
It's very popular where I am (ranked 5 in England/Wales). A friend of mine has just named her baby Emily. I much prefer Emilia but now that is becoming popular as well.
