I like it a lot. I don't see it fitting into any trends enough to ever be popular, but it doesn't feel dated and is totally usable.

Justine's okay. I much prefer Justina, which is more interesting and less expected.

I like Justine. -ine names aren't really en vogue right now, so I don't think that Justine will become popular soon. Josephine has increased in popularity, so Justine might eventually become more popular, but probably not extremely so.

I love Justine, I think it's very underused and wish I would hear it more.

I've only met one Justine, years ago. She would be around 40 now.
