There was a guy who used to post on here who also had his own website on Greek names (including some very obscure ones), but the website no longer exists. This may have been easier if it was still up and running.

Neokles means new glory (Neo means new and the -kles part means glory. See Kleio)
Gylippos might have a meaning related to horses (-ippos), but I can't find any sources in English or Greek that have a meaning listed.
Nikasios comes from Nike, meaning victory.
