Old Fashioned or One Syllable....Hmmm - Archie is obviously from a very traditional english family and while he has moved away from that as much as he possibly can, he does also acknowledge that one day (hopefully a LONG time in the future) there will be responsibilities he needs to assume. Given that, he would definitely learn more toward traditional names that would 'fit in' in upper class England, BUT with a funky nickname that would more represent their true personalities. WDYT?Ideas:Adeline nn Addy/Dela
Alexandra nn Ally/Alex/Alexa/Lexa/Lexi/Andi/Andra
Alice nn Ali
Aveline nn Avi/Lina
Charlotte nn Charli/Lottie
Delilah nn Dela/Lila
Eleanor nn Elle/Ella/Elly/Lea/Nelle/Nellie/Nora
Elizabeth nn Elle/Ella/Elly/Eliza/Liz/Lizzie/Liza/Lizbeth/Libby/Bess/Bessie/Beth/Betsy/Bette/Betty/Buffy
Eloise nn Elle/Elly/Lou
Emmeline nn Emme
Evelyn nn Evie
Helena nn Lena
Isabel (or Isabella) nn Issy/Belle/Bella
Liliane nn Lil/Lili
Noelle nn Elle/Ella/Elly/Nell
Olivia nn Liv/Livvy/Ollie
Rosalind nn Rose/Rosa/Roz
Victoria nn Vic/Vicky/Tori
Violet nn ViAny other suggestions? And we can do what ever with the middle name so maybe something with a New Orleans influence for the city they both love? Or after a Musician/Artist they admire?

Yeah, I definitely agree.I really like Adeline, Charlotte, Delilah, Eleanor, Evelyn, Isabel, Rosalind and Violet. Actually there's not a single name there I don't like, those are just my favorites. I don't really know much about Jazz musicians or any musicians at all, but Louisa could be a choice after Louis Armstrong or something.Rosalind Louisa
Violet Louisa
Eleanor Louisa (I really like Nora for this one)Anything else?

I like Louisa as a mn a lot!Out of those 3 you suggested I have to admit to being head over heels for Eleanor Louisa - so pretty and classic, yet fresh at the same time, and Nora as a nn is wonderful. So is this our girl?DD: Eleanor Louisa Herbert "Nora"

For flower, I love Violet and Dahlia. As much as I love Disney, I can't think of any names that I like. Except I think there was an Audrey - the mechanic girl in Atlantis?
vote up1
I like Violet, but probably not enough to use it. What about Lily, Rose, perhaps even Azalea?
Here's a list of Disney characters: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Disney_animated_charactersSome I like: Alice Amelia Ariel Aurora Charlotte Clara Esmeralda Kiara Lilo Penny Thalia Zira
I also like your suggestion of Audrey.
