I prefer the spelling Elinor above all spellings. My next favorite would be Eleonore, and then Eleanor.
I don't see any form as hipster. It's a stalwart classic to me. Not a flimsy, tacky, plastic name like Ruby, Luna, or Nova to which I see a hipster gravitating.
