How do you pronounce it? yoanna? eye-o-anna? ee-o-ah-na?

Is the "o" pronounced distinctly or is it more like "YAW-nuh"?

I'm not too sure about this one. I'd be too tempted to say 'Joanna' or 'Iona'.
