I like Sabine Lily much more Sabine Lilia.
Don't worry too much about initials, unless they're something like FML or ASS. I have a friend with the initials BS. People have pointed it out to her (like she doesn't know...), but no one has ever seriously made fun of her for having those initials. I don't think SLO is that bad anyway.
