You'll find the surname Bartelme at http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=Bartelme
and the surname Fish at http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=Fish, but though Fish does have a German origin, it is a variant of Fisch. You'll also find it here http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=Fisch
As for the Wohling surname, I'm not so sure, but most of them seem to live in the areas of Luneberg, Germany. The German form is Wöhling, but perhaps it is related to the surnames Wolling, Wollinger, Wohlinger. Perhaps also related to Wollin, a place in Germany, but when looking for the Wohlin surname, without the g, it is a Swedish surname. hmm...

Wohling could be a variant form of a place name in Germany, or perhaps it is a German form of Walter.
