I like Miranda lots and lots; the only thing that would deter me IRL is the Randy issue.
Eva and Eve ... I'd like to like them, but I haven't succeeded yet. I had an Eva aunt and an Eve school friend (Evelyn actually), but it hasn't helped.
Ava is better than Eva, sound-wise, but there are gazillions of names I like better.
The sequence of choice would be Miranda, then Ava, then Eve or Eva.
