That's how it is pronounced before being anglicized.

I prefer Lor-enn-uh and I agree you should spell it Lorenna.

It's the least likely to be pronounced that way, I think. But it is pretty.

I prefer lor-AY-nuh, which feels much more natural to me when paired with the spelling Lorena. Lorenna would work better for the pronunciation you're after, and with that spelling, it would get the thumbs-up from me. I think Lorenna looks really pretty.

I think its very pretty. I only pronounce it Lor-ayn-uh if it is spelled Lorayna or at least has the 'a' in the middle somewhere; and I've never heard it pron. Lor-een-uh. That ones awful imo.
