Cultural appropriation by white granola types is a horrible thing. Next thing you know, white people will be naming their kids African names such as Tsholofelo and Ekwueme.
Makes me think of the short-lived cartoon "The Goode Family" where the white parents named their adopted son Ubuntu. Bwahahaha.

I think they just liked the name. I've only met them a couple of times, but I wouldn't say they're the granola types.
We are actually Hispanic, but live in an English speaking country. I love foreign names for boys, but I also don't want him to feel like the odd one out. :)
