[Opinions] naming twin boys
We are still deciding on the names for our twin boys. Last name is Harris. We like Cole and Jackson. Do you think it should be Colton and Jackson. What about middle names?Cole Matthew and Jackson Reese(Jackson Reese could be too surnamey)
Cole Matthew and Jackson William
Colton(Colten) Matthew and Jackson WilliamWhat other middle names would you suggest?TIA

My fave combo would be Cole Matthew and Jack William. I think Cole and Jack sound much nicer and work better together than Cole and Jackson.

What about Cole William & Jack Matthew?

I prefer Cole and Jack any dayto ln-as-fn like Colton and Jackson. I like Cole and Jack just as they are. But if you name one Jackson, nn Jack, I think you should name the other Colton, nn Cole. Thus both have nick names, it would not be fair if only one twin got a nick name.I like Cole Matthew and Jack WilliamOr what about Cole Jonathan and Jack Matthew? Jonathan and Matthew are both biblical names and both mean "God's gift". Very neat for twins without being obvious."But it’s all right now.

I do like Cole better although Colton does match the length of Jackson a bit better. You could do Colton with the nickname Cole but then it would seem unbalanced unless you did Jackson with the nickname Jack! So unless you want to use Jack as a nickname I'd go with Cole and Jackson.Cole Matthew is really nice and I prefer Jackson William, or you could do Cole William and Jackson Matthew! :)Jackson Reece Harris would be too much because all of them are rather surnamey.

I prefer Cole over Colton or Colten.
And of your suggestions I like Cole Matthew and Jackson William best.
I'm not a hugh fan of Jackson myself, but if you like it, you should go for it. Matthew and William as mn will always give them a more "ordinary" name if they want to swap when they're older.
