Thinking of the US, and judging by the board ... Charlotte is increasing at a rate of noughts. It's clearly going to become the next Sophia / Isabel type name. Those names should be classics but their chances are ruined now. Nothing that grows so quickly, lasts. They will be terribly dated. Instead of being Elizabeth's, they will be Deborah's - confined to a date in time. Very sad :-(
Then where I live ... Charlotte is plain tired-out. It's been overused for donkeys years, and in England, things are even worse. There are manic numbers of Charlotte's down south. (I reckon it's top 5.) I guess I'm sick of hearing it.
I agree with what Array said below. A Carlotta would be so refreshing.
