I like the name. One of my childhood friends has this name, now she goes by the nickname "Lena".

Marlena was "saved" for me because of "Water For Elephants." Before that I didn't give it much thought, but the character of Marlena, with her glamorous brand of ballsiness, made it a good name in my eyes.

Marley is an adorable NN. As for combos, what about Marlena Beatrice, or Marlena Charlotte? I think those have a nice ring to them.

Marlena/Marlene are rather swish! Marley is not my style, but quite cute.
