Well, I've been loving on Victoria a whole lot lately, and I think it goes beautifully with Elisabeth and Ethan. Victoria Mae or Victoria Madeline in particular are lovely. I would cast my vote against Emelia and Elliott; once you have three kids with the first initial E., it's hard to change after that.
I think other names that work are Amelia, Susannah, Jessica (I still like it too), Benjamin, Thomas, Jacob, and Nicholas. Here are the combos I think would work best:

I really like Victoria as well and my favorite combo is Victoria Madeline. I don't dislike Jessica I just can't wrap my head around it as something I want to use due to excessive use in the time period I grew up but it is my DH favorite girls name and I have already got around using it twice so I feel that I may not be able to get around it again.
