Three years have passed for the Thompsons.
Wil is still working. He is planning to retire in a few years so he and Bekah can do some traveling. Bekah is also still working part-time, and she enjoys what she is doing. The elder Thompsons also enjoy spending time with all of their children and grandchildren (who now number seventeen.
Caitie and Ben's family is growing up quickly. The triplets are 11 now. They are starting to get a bit moody and testy with each other, and Caitie has found herself breaking up more and more fights between them. She wonders how their teen years are going to play out. Tori is four. She is a bit of a nuisance to the older kids, but she is an adorable little kid. She likes dancing and singing and putting on a show.
Joey and Diana's blended family is doing well. Sophia and Isaac are getting along well now, and their relationship is just like any other sibling relationship. Joey and Diana also welcomed their first child together, Evelyn Piper, or Evie for short. She is 14 months old now, and getting into all kinds of mischief around the house.
Haley and Gabriel also have a young child around the house. Their son, Jasper Elian, just turned two. Jasper loves all things related to dirt, and he loves to play outside. Haley is also expecting her second child, due in a month or two.
Lyddie and Tommy split up last year, two months after Lyddie gave birth to their fifth child--another little girl. The girls are taking it hard, but they've all been working together to help the family get by. Lyddie took a job as a receptionist, and is doing pretty well. Tommy has faithfully paid his child support as well, so that has made things a little easier.
Shane and Emma are doing well. They enjoy living in Texas. They have had two children in the past two years--Abby, who is 2, and Peter, who is just three months old. They are very busy, but happy.
Aiden and Terra have also started their family. It took three years, but they finally have a baby of their own. Lila Wynne is just a few days old. Aiden was deployed for a six month stint, so he missed Lila's birth; however, he is set to come home in about a month. He can't wait to see Terra and Lila. For her part, Terra is adjusting to being a mother, and she can't wait to see Aiden when he gets back.
