Based on your questions, I'm thinking you pronounce "BRAHM" rather than "BRAM" (like "ham"). I enjoy both sounds, but prefer the latter. "BRAHM" does make me think of Johannes Brahms, but "BRAM" doesn't. For both pronunciations, I prefer the combination of Bram Erik, it's quite handsome. If I really loved the names, I wouldn't let the similarity to Brahms stop me from using both. Franz Anselm is dashing! :)

I'm actually pronouncing it to rhyme with "ham" - the other way would be way too close to Brahms for me!
Oh, my mistake. I thought the Brahms thing was why you thought it wouldn't work with Johannes, as if you gave half of an honoring name to each kid. I don't see Bram clashing with Johannes in any way, pronouncing it like you do. Name your boys...then go buy stock in the company that provides your telephone service because the girls will be calling. :)
