[Opinions] Amanda and Amandine
I always loved these names, especially because of their meaning. They were both pretty popular (Amanda in the US, Amandine in France) in the 80s and I prefer them as middle names.
Amanda or Amandine?
What do you think of them?
Combo ideas:
Bay Amandine
Meadow Amandine
Rain Amandine
Louisa Amandine
Georgia Amandine
Elaine Amanda
Lucille Amanda
Bay Amanda

Amanda I've always liked. Amandine I don't like at all.
Meadow and Lucille would both sound good w/ Amanda as mn.s.
My standard Amanda combo is Naomi Amanda. Wanted my parents to call my bro that had he been a girl. (back in the 80s when I'd only ever even HEARD OF 1 Amanda... ever... though that changed to yet another province).

I love Amanda. Not Amandine though; I've worked in/eaten in too many restaurants with Green Beans Amandine or some other food Amandine to think of it as a name for a person.
Amanda Lucille is pretty.

I'm not wild about the sound of either of them, really. Between the two, I would choose Amandine and I can see, with your Georgia Amandine example, that she can work nicely as a middle name.
Because of the meaning, my sister named her cat Amanda. None of us liked it. Dad flat refused to call the cat by that name and resorted to a nickname, one which the cat very obviously preferred herself and which stuck, even with my sister. After this event, Dad always said, humorously, that he'd rename our children if we chose names he didn't like, and that his names would stick. I don't doubt him for a second. :)
