No, it's derived from Bleuenn, I saw the sibset of Bleauann & Oswane float around on a french board. The mother said they were pronounced "blow ann" and "osse-vane" or "osse-wanne" http://forum.etreenceinte.com/discussion/72342

*bloh/blo not blow (but pretty much the same. sorry I cant edit my comment!) Even the French have kr8tive spellings lol
