I tried to follow name trends, atleast what I can remember of them. The younger will have snappier names and the older servants biblical names. Well, I gave it a go:
Lord: (53) Frederick Peter Blanchard, Lord Spencer (lives in his own world)
Lady: (48) Lillian Rose Blanchard, Lady Spencer (loving mother)
Lord: (25) Lord Lawrence Gilbert Blanchard (has some gambling problems)
Lady: (22) Lady Rosamund Helen Blanchard (a dutiful daughter. exept for that one time with George the footman...)
Lady: (18) Lady Harriet Minerva Blanchard (will marry a wonderful man, is NOT a sufferer of the middle child complex (see: Lady Edith Crawley))
Lady: (15) Lady Susan Beatrice Blanchard (full of mischief)
Butler: (57) (Mr) Nathaniel Amos Spencer (is in some way related to the 'family')
Housekeeper: (55) Mrs Margaret Mary Mason (doesn't get the youth of today)
Valet: (52) Mr Robert Gray (doesn't have a middle name, he won't tell what it is..)
First footman: (36) Mr George Lewis Wickham (quite the cad)
Second footman: (23) Mr Harry Patrick Carlisle (is a sweetheart)
Ladies maid: (42) Miss Sally Catherine Griggs (has a sharp tongue)
Head house maid: (35) Miss Mabel Ann Dawson (has a soft spot for Mr Grey)
House maid: (24) Miss Agnes Pearl Crawford (is a sweetheart just like Harry)
House maid: (19) Miss Flora Alice Bennet (should not trust George)
Cook: (47) Mrs Jane Cecilia Morse (doesn't have time for much of anything)
Kitchen maid: (16) Miss Nancy Mildred Turner (will become a movie star in a few years)
