I knew a little boy of Cubian extraction once who was named Emilio and it was sort of strange because his siblings were Ian & Jenny! :)
I think Emilio is really cute, I also like Javier, Luis, Frederico, Manuel, Estavan and Andres. Also Victoria and Cristina as lovely but I wouldn't say they were stricktly Spanish names (perhaps the spelling Cristina is a bit more Spanish than Christina).
