I actually prefer
Julie to
Julia. It sounds sweeter and more friendly. I do find it more dated, though, since I've known so many throughout my life. BTW, I basically pronounce
Juliet and
Juliette the same way. Between
Juliana and
Julianna, the former (by far). If I had to choose among
Julianne,
Juliana and
Julianna?
Juliana again. Overall, I prefer
Juliet followed by
Juliana.
