[Opinions] Re: Eden
in reply to a message by Lily
I'm torn. On the one hand it reminds me of a trashy soap opera character I saw. Of course she was a bad girl type with a name like Eden. Very predictable. So for years I hated the name. But I have to admit that the sound of it is gorgeous. And the nn Edie is adorable. I like other place names, real or fictional, so I'm trying to get over my Eden prejudice. It combines well too; Eden Victoria is my current stock combo for it.I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Personally I wouldn't use it. But I wouldn't be as quick to judge it negatively as I once was. (If that makes sense.)

Eden Victoria... 2 place names together (though in the case of Victoria, the places are named after a person rather than the other way around)... Guess that kinda fits... It's a nice combo.

I'm an Eden that occasionally gets called Edie! To be honest I wish people would call me that a bit more, I think it's such an adorable nn.
