My most favorite Bianca combo ever is Bianca Marsaili. I think it sounds so beautiful and romantic. :)
I feel like Bianca is a very multicultural name now. I don't picture any certain nationality when I think of it so it's totally usable. The spelling Bianca is much more appealing to me, and as you said it retains the awesome Shakespearean association.
Bianca Vivienne is okay, but I'm not a fan of Vivienne really.
Bianca outshines those other names, in my opinion. I feel like her sisters should have equally spicy names.
