I like it, but mostly as a middle name. I do like it as a fn on the right person though.
I like Scarlet better than Scarlett and Charlotte. Between Scarlett and Charlotte I don't know what I'd pick... they're so different... Charlotte if I was in a calm mood and Scarlett is I wanted something dramatic.
I could see brothers and sisters with names like...
William, Ophelia, Morwenna, Anna, Siobhan, Sebastian, Lucasta, Sylvie, Dorian, Rhiannon, Lucia, Rosemary, Francis, Galadriel, Anneliese, Eloise, Morgan (boy)
There are a few categories of names that go well with Charlotte. Old-fashioned names (but not popular or obviously biblical), soft names, calm names, flowy/lacy names, names that remind me of dusty flowers, etc...
