I love Theo. Just Theo, not as a nickname for Theodore. I think it's a name that can work with a lot of middle names, and you could go kind of outlandish with it if that's your thing, since Theo is relatively straightforward.
Freya is a name I just don't see the appeal of. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's just not for me. And Danielle is my name. I definitely think it's dated (80s) but as a middle name it should be totally fine. However, personally I've never really liked my name all that much.
Freya and Theo work just fine as siblings. Of the others you listed, I like Theo with Abram (love that name) and Annie best. It works to varying degrees with all the names you listed, except maybe Quinto because they rhyme, but I particularly like it with Abram and Annie.
